Interpublic Declares Quarterly Dividend
NEW YORK, Jul 25, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. today declared a dividend of 9-1/2 cents per share, payable in cash on September 16, 2002, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2002.
