IPG Agencies Named Best Places to Work
New York, NY - November 17, 2014 -Today, five Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) agencies were named Best Places to Work in Advertising & Media by Advertising Age, making IPG the most awarded holding company of the year. The "Best Places to Work" list tracks companies that attract, develop, and reward the best minds in the marketing, technology and media industries. Advertising Age surveyed more than 20,000 people and looked at compensation, benefits packages and hiring practices, as well as work-life balance to determine the results.
The IPG agencies named "Best Places to Work" include Carmichael Lynch, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, Tierney, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, TM, headquartered in Dallas, TX, UM and Weber Shandwick, both headquartered in New York, NY. The IPG agencies named to the list span geographies and marketing disciplines, including advertising, media, digital and public relations. With five of the forty companies named "Best Places to Work," IPG led the industry by a wide margin.
