Steven Berns Joins Interpublic

New York, September 2, 1999 (NYSE:IPG) - The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. announced that Steven Berns joins the company as Vice President & Treasurer.
Mr. Berns comes to Interpublic from Revlon where he most recently held the position of VP & Treasurer. He began his career at Revlon in 1992. Prior to that he was with Paramount Communications and with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche.
