Interpublic And Michael Kassan Settle Lawsuit
New York, September 10, 1999 (NYSE:IPG) - The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. and Michael Kassan announced today a settlement of the litigation between them relating to his employment agreements with Western Initiative Media Worldwide, an Interpublic company. No details of the settlement will be released. Separately, Interpublic also announced that it has completed its regularly scheduled audit of the financial operations of Western and is satisfied with the results.
