The 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (Interpublic) will be held at the Paley Center for Media, 25 W. 52nd Street, New York, New York, 10019 on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 9:30 A.M. Eastern Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board recommends that you vote FOR the election of each of the nominees for Director, FOR Proposals 2 and 3 and AGAINST Proposal 4.

Ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Interpublic’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year 2020.



Advisory vote to approve named executive officer compensation.
